The Changing Church Part 8 of 8
The culminating vision takes place at the time of delivery spoken of in Revelations 12. The “mother church” is in travail as a woman in child birth. I saw her in the delivery room now giving birth to the child she had carried 40 long years (1976 – 2016).
In attendance was the Lord Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach. His countenance was beautiful like the sun shining in its strength. He was excitedly awaiting the birth; proud of the mother church as she groaned in pain. It was not an easy delivery, but soon the child’s head emerged. What was this? This was a most extraordinary birth to be sure!
The head and the shoulders now appeared. She’s clothed in white! A beautiful veil over her lovely face. She’s not an infant, either. She’s fully mature; made up of God’s children both male and female; not only feminine, but also a true “son of God” fully clothed in The Lord’s righteousness. In another instant, the birth was complete. The mother watched in amazement as her “child” stood up and took the arm of her Beloved Jesus. “Could this be?” the mother wondered, “she looks like a bride.”
Indeed that was what she was—gloriously arrayed for her Bridegroom in radiant splendor. Exceeding joy unspeakable, the couple was whisked away; caught up to the King’s throne; caught up to rule and reign together during a very turbulent time.
For this was the time of the greatest tribulation known to man. Soon, the “compromising” mother church (see Vision 2 and Vision 4) would have to flee to the wilderness. In doing so, she would turn from her child—the Remnant Bride—the overcoming part of the church; wondering still at the beauty and strangeness of the child she had birthed.
See Revelation 12:1-5 and explanation in “Vision of the Man-Child” and “Introduction to the Changing Church.”
PS: I don’t know whether or not this is the actual “catching up” in the clouds spoken of in I Thessalonians 4:16,17. It is, however, an elevation of Kingdom authority prefiguring Revelation 3:21— “To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”
The Beautiful Gate
The beautiful gate is the gate of the Bride
She will be asked to step inside
To a place of union, a place of delight
A place of honor, a place of might
Her Bridegroom waits for her to appear
He’ll come to her to carry her near
To show to her all His desire
Piercing her heart with holy fire
Two hearts aflame with first love’s glow
Will show the world the Way to go
They’ll uproot false doctrine, shatter man’s fame
Rule fairly and justly; reprove unjust gainThe tables will turn; all will be known
As Bride and Groom ascend to the throne
